What Words Should I Use to Achieve My Goal?

Achieving goals, manifesting what we want, Law of Attraction (aka: LOA)... aren't those the hot topics lately? But along with the buzz is confusion.

One of the stumbling blocks that readers share is about writing out goals. One reader once wrote, "I've heard that I shouldn't say 'I want' in my affirmation or goal statement, as that means I will be coming from a place of lack (wanting). Is that true?"

After years of studying personal development, human behavior, and peak performance, I certainly was exposed to very different opinions and advice on how to reach your goals.

To best answer this question I'm going to give a brief lesson: Law of Attraction 101.

There has been a lot of buzz about Law of Attraction, specifically through the movie "The Secret." Here is how I understand Law of Attraction (LOA).

First, it exists whether you believe it or understand it. Similar to the Law of Gravity, in that you don't have to believe the apple will fall to the ground from a tree, it just does. Secondly, LOA is based on the understanding that you get what you consistently think about. What you focus on, you attract and manifest into your life.

The important point that is often missed when talking about LOA, is that LOA responds to your feeling about what you are thinking about and your feeling about the words you are saying. The feeling then emits a vibration, which then LOA matches.

Would an example help?

Have you ever seen a child jumping up and down with excitement in front of an ice cream counter on a hot summer day? He or she is jumping up and down, clapping their hands: "I want chocolate chip!" The child's feeling at that moment is pure joy and happiness and expectation. Vibration? Positive.

Now suppose another child is desiring the same thing, whining and complaining, "I waaaaaaaant chocolate chip!!!" They are seeing others around them have what they want and you can hear their pining misery a block away! What vibration are they sending? A negative one. They are using the same words but sending out a completely different feeling and vibration.

If the words you are using in your affirmations or goal statements cause you to feel bad, that's the vibration you are giving off no matter how many times you repeat it. If the words feel comfortable to you, you then are emitting a positive vibration with your goal or affirmation.

Principle #3: Choose Words that Feel Good To You

So here is my recommendation: if the word feels good when you say it or think it include it in your affirmation or goal. If not, don't. You can always choose another word/s that feels better. It's that simple.

Here are some alternatives for the word, "I want:"

I now have___________________
I'm in the process of being________
I love thinking about (your goal)
It feels wonderful to now have_______

Tweak your affirmation and goal statement until it tastes as good as eating a chocolate chip ice cream on a hot summer day. You'll feel good that you did!

How to Make Extra Money For the Holidays

There are only 24 hours in a day, and that limits us to only work 24 hour a day, that is assuming you don't sleep and want no life! If you do, then you need to find ways to make residual income, so you can make money while you are sleeping and living, and not just while you are working! And wouldn't it be great to earn money from both your job, and your residual income streams! It is easier than you think.

This year, wouldn't it be nice to make some extra money for the holidays? With a little luck, a good plan and some effort, you could begin setting up ways to begin making some additional income. Billions of dollars are being spent online, and everything from information to automobiles are being sold and bought. There is a tremendous amount of room to make money on the Internet.

The key is to investigate different opportunities, and pick the ones that are right for you. Then the next step is where most people fall short - begin! Whatever you decide is right for you, do not talk yourself out of it! Start, and start by putting a fair amount of effort into making yourself and your ideas into a success! You do not need to spend a lot of money. In many cases, you do not need to spend any money. You must begin your journey now, if you want to make extra money for the holidays.

Consider the following - it costs a lot of money in the brick and mortar world to do anything. If you were to open a store, it would cost you money for rent, utilities, shelving, signs, registers, and most of all, inventory. It could easily cost tens of thousands of dollars, just to open your doors. In the "online world" there are legitimate opportunities to open a store for absolutely no money! That's right - for no money!

You probably would want to say "what's the catch?" The answer is simple. If you chose to open a free online store, you would get paid part of the sale, when an item is bought from your store. The company that gave you the store makes a profit on selling the item as well. It makes sense for them to give you a store online for free, because it is you bringing customers to your store that allows them to make money.

Look at an example from the regular retail world. You might pay the newspaper $500 to run an ad to bring customers in. You know the ad will cost $500, and you will pay it, even if the ad does not bring in a single customer. In the online world, once constructed, it costs almost nothing to "give" you a copy of the original store, usually that you can personalize. Now you have a reason to bring customers to your store, so you can make money, and so can the company that gave you the store. This process also does not cost $500, either! As you can see, this is a perfectly legitimate example of an online opportunity that you could begin at no cost to you, but could allow you to make extra money for the holidays!

There are many ways to make money online, legitimately, and the important thing is to start today! Investigate a number of opportunities, the same way any businessperson would investigate potential business to own. Find something, start, keep your effort and dedication strong and focused, once it can run on it's own, start another! Keep duplicating until you either retire or have all the money you need. For now, visit our website below, check out some of the best opportunities currently on the web, pick one or more and start making money! For now, plan to make some extra money for the holidays - after that, plan to make additional residual streams of income, and keep making your life and your families' lives better!

Click below and remember that you will never get to the end of the road unless you start walking now!

Inerrancy of the Bible - Are There Mistakes in the Bible

What does the word inerrancy main? Inerrancy would refer to text that is accurate and totally free of any errors or without any mistakes. Does this sound like any book that you have ever read or have knowledge of. Maybe there is a one sentence book that could fall into this category.

Most books however and even this article has mistakes. If I made a decision to base my life, my entire life and that of my children and grandchildren, I would want to make sure that it was accurate as possible.

Is the Bible, 100%, 90%, or even 50% accurate. Are these stories that were written by people many years ago and the lessons have been helpful but now need to be rewritten.

Does the Bible actually contain the will of God? Some scholars believe that certain sections of the Bible meet this criteria while others do not. How can these people judge if they are not God and how can we believe in this stuff is not true.

If the Bible was inspired by God but written by men, this could actually mean that God had complete control over writing the Bible or does this mean that the man wrote the Bible with gods inspiration. I'm inspired by God daily and often write about it, but don't seem to have enough followers to make it into the biblical Hall of Fame. I'm writing with inspired beliefs right now.

If there are errors in the Bible, how extensive or how many errors are there actually. There are actual stories that can be documented as historical facts. This doesn't mean the rest of the Bible is factual, nor does it mean it is historically inaccurate.

The Bible has some errors in it and some facts that we can prove but leaves us with the question, is this a book from the Creator of the universe or a book written by men, to make us believe, it was written by God and if so why are we still believe being in it. Why do some people read this book and other religious text daily? What motivates them to read holy Scripture regularly but doesn't seem to allow them enough time to find out if they are reading accurate information.

The biggest problem I have with the inerrancy of the Bible is the fact that most people tend to ignore certain truths and cling to their childhood beliefs about religion. If this is not the way or the truth, I would want to start looking for it, instead of following someone else's dreams or religious doctrine.

Meditation -- The Way to Stillness

What is meditation - most of you have heard of it, some of you may have even tried it - but for many of us it is an alluring part of Eastern spiritual practice, though it is not solely a spiritual endeavour. The word meditation often conjures images of an Indian sage in a loincloth or a vision of the Buddha seated in serene contemplation; the image is one of stillness and composure. Yogis, Zen Masters, Taoists have all meditated for millennia. Early Christian monastic practice included the lectio divina ; this is the practice of reading the Bible very slowly and deliberately, pondering and contemplating the true meaning of the teachings of Christ. Meditation is mentioned over 20 times in the Bible.

At any given period in the history of man, meditation has been an excellent remedy for the over-stimulation, stress and anxiety of society. It is one of the main therapies in the science of Ayurveda and even allopathic physicians recognize the benefits of meditation and recommend meditation to their patients. Scientists have examined meditation from all angles and not one can refute the positive physical, emotional, psychological and physiological benefits that a regular meditation practice can have on the human spirit. There are many styles of meditation and many reasons to meditate - for therapy, for stress management, for knowledge, for devotion, to further the practice of Pranayama or simply as a refreshing and restful break in the day. The entirety of meditation practice is far too vast to cover here, but the list includes:

~Mantra Meditation - focusing on sounds and sacred words

~Buddhist Meditation - as part of the Noble Eightfold Path to Enlightenment

~Vipassana Meditation - focusing on reality and insight into the mind

~Devotional Mediation - meditation on God

~Taoist Meditation - meditation on the teachings of the Tao Te Ching

~Zen Meditation - focusing on the teachings of Zen Buddhism

Meditation is an integral part of yoga practice, in fact, the purpose of asana practice is to settle the body and focus the mind in preparation for meditation. However, you do not have to be an accomplished yogi or Buddhist Master to practice meditation effectively, you don't need to pretzel yourself into lotus pose - truly, for many of us, Lotus Pose is simply too physically challenging to allow focus. You can meditate while walking, while seated in a straight-backed chair, in Easy Pose, Simple Cross-Legged Pose and for the very flexible the classical meditation pose, Padmasana/ Lotus Pose. Any pose that allows comfortable stillness for the body is effective for meditation; when you remove as many physical and environmental distractions as possible, the mind and breath are free to focus.

Meditation has many benefits on many levels, including (but not limited to):

Physiological/Physical

~ revitalizes the nervous system

~ strengthens neural pathways within the brain

~ increases lung capacity

~ increases oxygen flow to the brain

~ increases alertness

~ improves sleep

~ can reduce the effects of asthma

~ improves immune system

~ assists with addiction/abuse recovery

~ reduces blood presure

Mental/Emotional

~ calms the senses

~ focusses the mind to bring clarity & perspective

~ soothes the over-stimulated Self

~ reduces stress

~ promotes positive outlook, reduces negative thinking

~ increases Self-Esteem

~ improves memory

~ reduces anxiety and hypersensitivity

~ increases creativity

Spiritual

~ allows the flow of prana/chi/life energy through the body

~ develops, promotes and maintains spiritual awareness

~ unites one with Consciousness and the truest Higher Self

~ increases connection with the Divine

~ balances the Doshas - especially Vata disturbances (see Ayurveda for information on the Doshas)

~ prepares the Self for the transition of Death

~ allows us to open our minds and hearts in order to Live more fully

~ brings us into the divinity of the present moment

Of particular importance to many of us today are the stress-reducing benefits of meditation; this applies to everyone regardless of age, profession, gender, race or spiritual path. Daniel Goleman's research in the scientific community on meditation and stress tolerance returned very convincing results; the following is an excerpt from Goleman's writing followed by a passage from 'Creative Meditation' by Richard Peterson, Ph.D.

"People who are chronically anxious or who have a psychosomatic disorder share a specific pattern of reaction to stress; their bodies mobilize to meet the challenge, then fail to stop reacting when the problem is over. Their bodies stay aroused for danger when they should be relaxed, recouping spent energies and gathering resources for the next brush with stress." -D. Goleman

"The anxious person meets life's normal events as though they were crises. Each minor happening increases his tension, and his tension in turn magnifies the next ordinary event - a deadline, an interview, a doctor's appointment - into a threat. Because the anxious person's body stays mobilized after one event has passed, he has a lower threat threshold for the next. Had he been in a relaxed state, he would have taken the second event in stride.

A meditator handles stress in a way that breaks up the threat 'arousal' threat spiral. The meditator relaxes after a challenge passes, more often than the non-meditator. This makes him unlikely to see innocent occurrences as harmful. He perceives threat more accurately, and reacts with arousal only when necessary. Once aroused, his rapid recovery makes him less likely than the anxious person to see the next deadline as a threat. "

(From The Meditative Mind, pp. 164-165)

From Creative Meditation by Richard Peterson, Ph.D. A.R.E. Press, 1990.

When we have peace and clarity in the mind, we experience a healthier physical body. When we have a healthier body, our minds become clearer and settled; we can explore the infinite broadness of the mind when we learn to focus its energies toward that goal. This symbiosis is important in the practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation. All three of these practices together create an incredible wellness system, however, they are powerfully beneficial when approached individually.

Meditation does not require that you subscribe to any particular spiritual path, you need not meditate on any God at all - though prayer is a meditative act. Taoists meditate from a place of stillness and emptiness, Zen meditation often centres around the teaching of the Buddha, Christ went into the desert for 40 days and 40 nights in order to fast, meditate and commune with God. Beyond any spiritual application, just the simple act of focusing on the flow of your breath while meditating is enough to gain benefit.

Learning to meditate takes patience, just like learning anything. When we begin to meditate we are often critical of our inability to sit still, this is natural - for one, we are not accustomed to sitting still, sitting on the floor or sitting cross-legged (let alone Lotus Pose!). If you find it difficult to sit still for long periods of time, try interspersing walking meditation with sitting meditation. Our tendency is to be critical of ourselves if we do not get it right the in the first few attempts, it is necessary to practice non-competition with ourselves first. In the beginning of your meditation practice it will be difficult to quiet your mind, to cease the endless chatter that goes on inside our heads all the time - this is completely normal. Even those who meditate regularly have thoughts when they meditate, what you must practice is detachment from those thoughts, let them float by unobserved and return your focus to your breath - some find it useful to meditate with their eyes closed, others find that a point of focus like a candle or object works best.

More advanced meditation is a subtle practice, not merely sitting still and breathing, but a deeper method of connecting with your Self and working with the breath and the energies of the mind - the mind and the brain are separate entities working in concert; the brain is the tool that collects information, the mind is the system that interprets it. Peaceful existence is intrinsic to the human spirit; it is when we become distracted by external input that we lose our Selves. This creates imbalance and anxiety in the body, mind and spirit and draws us away from our purpose. Through meditation we have the opportunity to heal the mind, heal the body and in quiet contemplation we are re-introduced to who we truly are and to our true balance.

What is important is regular meditation practice. Try meditating for five minutes a day to begin with - as your practice becomes more regular you will find it easier to take the time for yourself to allow your mind to rest. Try different styles of meditation to see which style suits you best; you may of course practice as many different styles of meditation as you find useful, restful and beneficial. We have chosen a few meditations for you to try below but you may find more practices on YogaYak.com - above all enjoy your meditation practice and reap the benefits of reduced stress and increased health.

Easy Ways to Make Money For Kids

# 5 Baby Sitter - I'm sure more than a few of you have either already tried this or are considering this. It's good money and easy work if you like kids. Usually only friends and family will hire you to watch their kids, but if you put up fliers you might get neighbors as well.

# 3 Fast Food - Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, all hire between 14-16. It's minimum wage but the hours can be worked around school, it's a decent first job.

# 2 Retail - Most retail stores hire kids 16 and older, some 14 and up. Just ask around, but retail is really good because the work is relatively easy and the money is a bit higher then minimum wage. Hours can be manageable too. It can be some cashier work, but most of the time it's just assisting customers and if you've shopped their before you probably know where everything is already.

Problem Solving Tips

Learn How to Make Money Online With Affiliate Marketing

The first step for almost anybody who wants to make money online is to learn how to make money with affiliate marketing. This is a good first step because it teaches, by way of experience, the basics of internet marketing. It's also good for the beginner because you don't have to spend time or money creating your own product or spending lots of money on a good sales writer.

As an affiliate marketer, your job is not to sell but to pre-sell your affiliate products. This doesn't involve making a direct pitch. Rather, your affiliate marketing website, blog or e-list should concentrate on the problems your niche market experiences. After all, most products--especially information products--are sold to people who have a problem they want to solve.

When you sell someone else's product, you don't have to worry about paying anyone to write a sales letter because it's already done for you. You also don't have to worry about testing different versions of the sales letter to see which one works better. (Product owners do this all the time, because even something as small as a new headline or extra bullet point can add thousands of dollars of value if it drives up enough site traffic.) The benefit of this is that you can use the sales letter that's already been written to identify not only what the problem is, but also the emotional triggers associated with it. Then, on your blog, your web pages or on your e-list, you can talk about those problems from the angle of a consumer. You don't even have to directly pitch the product--in fact, it's often better if you don't! Just make sure you provide a link and a small advertisement about the product somewhere close to your content.

Good sales letters written by competent sales writers can cost anywhere up to the low four-figure to the five-figure range. One reason good sales literature costs so much is because the writer may end up spending a whole month researching it. It's not just sales words that go into the material. Hours and hours of product research--and more importantly, market and consumer research--go into the building of a sales letter. Good sales writers are "worth their rate" in gold, though. After all, a sales letter is what gets that prospect to say the final "yes."

Ultimately, creating your own product (or paying somebody to create it), then marketing it, is one of the best and most fulfilling ways to earn an income online. But this can take time and financial resources that most beginners just don't have. Learning to make money online with affiliate marketing can also keep you from making costly mistakes when you finally do have your own product. Mistakes are part of the learning process, and you should expect to make a few when you first start out. But it's best to make them when you don't have large amounts of your own money, or your own brand, at stake.

For further information on affiliate marketing Alan King suggests you check out his friend Mike Filsaime's site at PayDotCom. Paydotcom is a great resource for finding niche marketing products.

How to Make a Lot of Money Investing All by Yourself

I am sure that you have explored many investing options, such as hedge funds and other managed investments, or you have probably settled for a bank CD. The problem with all these options is that the yields are simply too low, and in order for you to really make money out of your investment you have to be already rich.

For example, let us say you want to invest $500. If you get a 5% annual yield (which is very good), those $500 would grow up to maybe $2,100 in 20 years, which is not exactly a great figure for a retirement fund.

The conventional investing options are simply unable to deliver the kind of growth you need to really help you build a future starting with a small investment. Therefore, in order to break the mold and really open the door to alternatives that can actually put you on track to a consistent and significant increase of your equity, you must explore investing options that you can manage yourself. This way, every single penny you make by investing you hard earned money will go to your pocket instead of those who claim to be the experts.

Of course, this does not mean you should go right now and use all of your savings to start buying currencies, stocks and commodities like crazy, and then cross your fingers to see what happens. No, the idea is is for you to diversify and prepare yourself with the right tools and resources, because unless you are a pro, you will need those tools and resources in order to perform like one and really see your money grow.

Indeed, nowadays you will find basically two kind off investors:

1) The professional investors or financial experts -you decide how to call them- who invest based on their extensive knowledge of the different markets and their behavior.

2) The small investor or amateur investors, who invest and trade by using trading tools like software, signals and other services, or by educating themselves within a particular area of investment.

Unless you are a financial expert, you fall into the second category, which means that you can invest safely and achieve high returns on your investment, but only as long as you are prepared with a well balanced trading toolbox.

For example, if you use a reliable software to trade the forex markets, you could achieve monthly returns of 30% and even higher. If you do the math, this would allow you to turn $500 into $10,000 within a year, and with the compounding effect such a small investment could quickly turn into a small fortune after just a few years.

So as you see, in order to make a lot of money investing yourself you do not need to be an expert, nor you need to risk all of your savings, all you have to do is diversify a little by setting aside a small portion that will be managed by you with the help a reliable trading tool.

Therefore, make sure you are using the top performing trading tools by reading this comparative review of the best ones available at: http://www.specialonlinebusinessreviewauthority.com.

Listen To Advice From Confucius

My Appreciation of the Classic Tao De Jing, by Stephen Mitchell

The Tao De Jing was known as Lao Tzu's "The Way". According to tradition it was written around the 6th century BC by the sage Lao Tzu, or Old Master who was purported to be a record keeper in the Zhou Dynasty court.

On my bathroom floor in front of the toilet lays a pocket edition translation of Stephen Mitchell's Tao Te Jing. I picked it up so often the pages fell from the binding, and then I bought a new one. It is one of the most inspirational books in my possession and a constant reminder to relax and enjoy life.

There are 81 stanzas in the book followed by a brief analysis of each by Mitchell. I have no idea how many times I have reviewed this small book, but it must be hundreds of times. It is a true classic and never gets old. Each time I review a stanza more insight comes into view.

It is a short book, the original only 5000 words long. Rather that prose it speaks in stanzas that reveal the masters actions in situations that occur in life. It puts me in a place where I believe I can be a master, at least the master of my destiny. This verse is an example:

"I have just three things to teach:
simplicity, patience, compassion.
These are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts,
you return to your source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world."

For me, reflecting in the Tao is an experience that I would recommend to anyone interested in following ancient Chinese wisdom. Stephen's translation is beautiful, lucid, easily understood, and fits our times as well as those thousands of years ago.

Think About Your Life

Client Centered Therapy and Why it Can Work For You

Person Centered Therapy, also known as Client Centered, Non Directive, or Rogerian Therapy, is an approach to counseling and psychotherapy that places much of the emphasis on three main Core Conditions and relies heavily on the relationship between client and counsellor. The client is recognised as the expert on them self and this is why it works.

It is often said that of all the models of therapeutic intervention, person-centred therapy (PCT) makes the greatest demands on the therapist. This is because a client in PCT must feel that their therapist is utterly trustworthy and dependable as a person. In this model of therapy the relationship between client and therapist is of paramount importance.

Psychological skill is not enough in this model. in addition, the client must feel that the therapist is totally accepting of them, no therapist can fake genuine regard for a client for a sustained period of time.

A person-centred therapist's attitude to the client should be of total acceptance of the client as he or she is at present, not of what that person may become in the future.

At the very heart of the therapy is the belief that if a person is cared for by the therapist, then that person begins to feel that he or she is worth caring for, this is a very powerful affirmation for a person seeking help.

The Core Conditions synonymous with this model are Acceptance, Genuiness and Empathy.

Acceptance. The Counsellor or Therapist must be able to accept the client as they are, accept their issues and that the client is in control of the therapeutic relationship.

Genuineness. The Counsellor or Therapist is real or authentic in his/her behaviour towards the working relationship with the client. They do not sit as expert, only as a skilled practitioner who will assist the client in finding their own answers to the presenting problem and other issues which may be of concern to the client.

Empathy. is the capacity to share and understand another persons emotions and feelings. It is often characterized as the ability to "put oneself into another persons shoes", or in some way experience what the other person is feeling.

Person or Client Centred Therapists believe that if the relationship is as it should be and if the Core Conditions are in place, then Therapeutic Change is likely. This is great news for clients choosing this model of therapy.

The Holy Amritsar

The holy city of Amritsar is located in Punjab, India and is the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion. It's the Number One destination for the non resident Indians (NRIs) and attracts more visitors than even the more popular destination of India, Agra.

Amritsar was founded by the Sikh Guru Ram Dass Ji and is famous for the magnificent Harmandir Sahib or the Golden Temple and the Akal Takht (the Throne of the Timeless God). The construction of the world famous Golden Temple with golden shrines was started by Guru Ram Dass Ji and was completed by Guru Arjan Dev Ji in 1601.

While on a visit to the place, make it a point to also visit Ram Bagh and the Wagah Border. While Ram Bagh is a beautiful garden made on the patterns of the renowned Shalimar Bagh of Lahore, Pakistan; the Wagah Border is a place that's at India's border with Pakistan. Here, you can watch the interesting border closing ceremony. Regular taxis are available from the Golden Temple to the Wagah Border.

Amritsar is on the Great Trunk Road, and hence well connected by road. The place is well connected by rail and air as well. In fact, the pilgrim town is connected to even many international destinations, courtesy the swanky Raja Sansi International Airport. The best time to visit Amritsar is between October and March.

And oh, did I mention that while on a visit to Amritsar you must visit the Amritsar Massacre Memorial also? The Amritsar Massacre Memorial built at Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar is the place where, before independence, several innocent and unarmed Indians were cold bloodedly butchered by General Dyre. Here, you can still see many bullet marks that remind you of the bestiality of the former colonial rulers.

Thinking Outside The Box

Communicating Through Archangel Gabriel

Communicating is very important in all you do. The better you are able to communicate the more help, support, guidance and information you can receive. Talking and listening are all part of the communication process. If you are a parent you will be aware of the importance of communicating with your children as they grow up so they will continue to communicate with you.

Archangel Gabriel helps with being able to communicate. Her name means "God is my strength". Gabriel was the archangel you communicate with Mary and asked if she would agree to be the mother of Jesus of Narareth. Gabriel is not restricted to any one reigion as she dictated the spiritual text of Islan, The Koran, to Mohammed. Gabriel helps then with communication and with messages.

When you need a loving messenger to spread your message of love, then you can ask Archangel Gabriel to assist. If you purpose is to be a messenger yourself, then you can gain guidance and protection by Archangel Gabriel.

You can get assistance in any form of communication. If you are required to write a letter or email and you are having difficulty, then ask and you will receive guidance in your writing.

As part of my Advance Angels Course, I do automatic writing. Automatic writing enables you to tune into the spirit world and have them provide you with guidance through what you write. This can be a very powerful way to receive guidance. Before we start the task, I ask Archangel Gabriel to be with us and assist. Gabriel may not be the entity who is providing the information, but she is there is provide protection, keep you safe and make sure that the words you are getting are pure and loving. As with all guidance the words may be uncomfortable in what they are telling you. This may be necessary as you prepare to make changes in your life so that you are moving on your life path towards your life purpose.

Archangel Gabriel is associated with the colour of copper. Whenever you call upon Gabriel, you may become aware of that colour around you.

Angelic Art - Alternative & Spiritual Healing Therapy

As more and more alternative and spiritual healings are being studied and documented they are
finding that all forms of upliftment heals the body, mind and spirit. Angelic art falls within this
category by uplifting the spirit. I do not claim Angel paintings create physical healings. Angel
paintings soothe the emotions and create a more peaceful atmosphere helping today's society
deal with the stressful world we now find ourselves in on a day to day basis.

Angel paintings are unique. They are a form of healing art. Angelic art uplifts, motivates, comforts,
soothes and inspires. Each painting holds it's own inspirational energy and you do not have to be
a " Believer" for this to work. These paintings work on a deep emotional level, clearing, releasing
and comforting the emotions and melting the stress of the day away. Inspiring within each individual
that gazes upon them their own God like image and this is how the healing takes place. A place of
beauty and perfection is remembered by the Soul." Divine energy is at work assisting alternative and
spiritual healing through Angel therapy in the form of fine art.

My Angel paintings for example are personal, whether it be in one of my collection series or for a
specific individual or relationship or group. Upon completion of each painting, I know that it is indeed
meant for someone and their heart and soul will instantly know and respond to the Angel and the
energy before them in the painting. My Angel art is a gift, given to and through my talent by Divine
Angels guidance instructed to them by a much Higher Source. The Angels oversee and instruct every
brushstroke and detail of paint color and every brushstroke within each painting ... they truly know "Who"
the painting is for and the message it portrays. You can read more about how the paintings are created
on my Sharae's Studio page. These paintings are truly a "Living" source of Divine Energy. I have witnessed
some pretty amazing emotional releasements, and reactions when people have gazed upon them and truly
responded with their soul !

Each day, more and more documented proof is coming through from the medical fields proving that Art
and Music are truly a recognized healing tool to be used by everyone. Whether it be in participation,
gazing upon or listening ... Art heals. This has always been known in the Alternative and Holistic
medicines, but now is being used more and more in the traditional medicines opening up a whole new train
of thought causing many, many positive results benefiting all. I look forward to it becoming an everyday
occurrence ... just as a standard prescription is used.

'Healing With The Angels', by Doreen Virtue who also authored Angel Therapy, " teaches esoteric and
practical methods that help you work with your Angels in healing your relationship, family and body issues."
Angel or Angelic art is an extension of this therapy.

Indigo and Crystal Children and the elderly respond to the Angel Paintings with a knowingness of love
and illumination that comes from within them. Sometimes the reactions have been as though they are
recognizing an old friend.

I am a level 2 Reiki Practioner and I incorporate this energy into my paintings. Reiki is Japanese for
Universal life - force or Spirtually -Guided Energy. Rei, Univeral all-energy compassing and all - knowing,
and Ki, life - force energy, the same as Chi in Chinese. This is the energy that binds all living things together
in unlimited amounts. With the guidance and wisdom of the Universe, this is the most powerful form of
energy healing.

I find the Angels like working with this gentle ever flowing energy and some Reiki practioners that do hands on Reiki healing treatments actually see the Angels working with them in their treatment sessions.

Angels are so much more than we realize. I have found them to be a great source of information. They have
a wonderful sense of humor and are always there when I need them consciously or unconsciously.I can almost
hear the chuckling in the background as I sit here writing. I am an Angel artist not a writer, but as usual it
seems the Angels have a different agenda so I might as well go along with it. They have gotten me out of my
comfort zone more than once. They are my pep rally, they are my comfort through everything and my mentors
and they never steer me away from my chosen path my destiny, I am sure of it.

The Angels just expand it and broaden it more than I could ever imagine when I started this quest
so many years ago of helping and uplifting humanity with the love and the message of such definite
light there can be no mistaking where the source of this energy comes from The Divine.

I only hope that people respond with their hearts in todays times as there is so much love and
compassion and healing just waiting for all. Let down the barriers and just accept the love that is so freely given
and the help, healing and assistance that is just there for the asking. Every moment of everyday we are not alone,
we dont have to carry the burden that was never ours to carry. Release the pain, release the baggage
that you carry to the Angels just think it and it is done. It is that simple. The healing begins.

If you want proof, ask for the proof it will be given this I can and will assure you. When you truly
act and react from the heart your lives will blossom with more than you could ever imagine
more understanding of this world will encompass you. It is all right there and it can be something
so simple as a gentle whisper or the viewing of Angelic art that will confirm in your heart and knowingness
Angels are so much more than messengers.

Exhibition Hire - Take the Worry Out of Exhibiting

Exhibition hire is a wonderful concept and can really help to take away some of the stress and work associated with these events. Attending an exhibition can involve a lot of planning and work. There are so many details to attend to before the event, not to mention everything that you need to take with you for your stand. While there are no options but to bring some items, such as order forms and your products, from your base location, larger bulkier items such as displays and furniture can be hired.

Exhibition hire means that you can furnish your stand with anything that you will need without worrying about how to get it there, or spending time setting up. Need to take your computer to an exhibition? Don't rest it clumsily on your lap, or try to balance it precariously on a display unit. Hire a plinth or small desk to use your computer and complete paperwork comfortably and professionally with your clients. Hiring seating for your exhibition will also help to make you and your visitors more comfortable. There are many different types of exhibition hire furniture, and you will want to choose an option that best suits your stand and your business. Tables and chairs provide a large workspace, but take up a large area; stool are more compact and keep you closer to eye level even while sitting, but can be uncomfortable; sofas and soft furnishings can look inviting, but are bulky.

Do not hire too much furniture for your exhibition stand to avoid it looking cluttered. Each exhibition hire product should be thought out carefully, and should serve a specific purpose. You need to spend some time considering your stand layout and what you are hoping to accomplish. Do you want to showcase your products? Hand out as much literature and information about your services as possible? Build brand awareness by making a strong visual impression? Spend time speaking to a few, key clients? Imagining your ideal day at an exhibition can help you to envision what exhibition hire products would serve you best.

Take into consideration the overall impression you want your stand to convey and use this to make choices about your exhibition hire products. Do you need locking storage cabinets to protect your products overnight? Would your products look better displayed on a plinth, or in a show cabinet? Think about how you will want to store and provide information to your visitors. Do you need display racks for literature? Should you hire a presentation desk for customer service or for handing out samples?

While your mind might immediately jump to exhibition hire for the larger needs of your stand, don't forget the details. You might be surprised at the overall effect a few well chosen and carefully placed accessories can have on your space. Plants are particularly good, as they bring a natural feeling to a space, and if you are a follower of feng shui, you may even be able to use their placement to enhance sales. On a more pragmatic note, consider hiring a drinks machine or water dispenser for the comfort and convenience of your staff and visitors. Days at an exhibition can be long and tiring, and having drinks available is not only convenient but will save you time and money. They also allow you to offer a bit of hospitality to your visitors.

Self Esteem - Your Identity May Be an Optical Illusion

The urge among us humans to discover higher meaning or gain the power to self-determine seems nearly universal. But that doesn't mean the urge to raise self esteem is equally active in all people at all times.

At any given moment, it may be quite dormant in the majority of the population.

Most will settle for easy, simple answers about themselves.

- I'm Susie's mom.

- I'm the sales department manager

- I'm George Washington's great-great grandson.

Each of these is a quick, easy social label. It tells people who you are in a shortcut kind of way that they can grasp quickly. Other shortcut labels may be:

- I'm the author of "This or That" in hardback.

- I'm the inventor of the original widget.

- I wrote a law to ban (or permit) whaling.

All of these identities take their validity from something the other person already knows. We're hooking ourselves into their existing knowledge base when we say we're related to Susie or we make widgets.

Now, that way of identifying ourselves is convenient and works well as a means of letting other people know how we fit into their world. But what if we start thinking we really are "Susie's Mom" or the author of "This and That"? Many people do, you know. Try asking: "Who are you?" You'll get answers like:

- My name is ____ and I'm a housewife (or homemaker).

- My name is ____ and I'm an engineer.

- My name is ____ and I'm a doctor.

It's possible to get so wrapped up in the job or the family relationship that we think that's who we are.4FC And our self esteem stops there.

If you've ever caught yourself "being your label," the good news is, you can be much more. You have options for identity and self esteem you have never even dreamed of yet.

The ABC's Of A Great Life: "W" Is For Why Not?

A great life requires many skills, abilities and traits of personality - and one of them is the capacity for pure, spontaneous fun and enjoyment. The freedom and the ability to jump into whatever bit of play or discovery that presents itself to hand is a valuable coin that buys its bearer many wondrous adventures and experiences. And who knows? That next bit of harmless fun might just be the catalyst for your next great quest or provide some keen insight into your vision for the future.

Cultivating a "why not?" personality can be tricky if you're not the spur-of-the-moment type. It can be easy to hold fast to the security of allowing yourself only activities that have been pre-planned, pre-examined and pre-vetted for safety, productivity and risk-reduction. But where is the fun in that? And life is meant to include its fair share of fun, make no mistake about it. Living a great life means taking every opportunity to indulge in play every chance you can - indeed, most truly great people make a point of arranging their lives around their fun, rather than the other way around.

Of course, "why not?" doesn't apply just to opportunities for fun and play. Why not learn a new skill? Why not try a new style of dressing or carrying yourself? Why not explore a new technique or way of doing things? In other words, why stop growing at any point when you could be constantly on the lookout for new, exciting and possibly life-altering additions to the life you already live? Why not grow?

Are you open to the spontaneous and playful opportunities in your life, or do you close yourself off from unplanned adventure? Are you willing to introduce more5A7 fun into your life? Of course, we all have plans that we choose to pursue and goals that we want to meet. But as in every journey in life, if we allow ourselves the freedom to dally here and there on the way we often discover that it was the side trips and roadside sights that were more fun than the destination itself!

Production Goals - Decrease Time to Convert Customer Orders to Delivery

Productivity in business is crucial to profit potential and those companies that can do maintain high levels of productivity have a huge advantage in the market place. Most of the process experts that study the game concentrate on the flows of business and generally the science of process flows and productivity has been in manufacturing process.

However, today we see with many new types of businesses that do not have any manufacturing, but they still must find inefficiencies in their business model and delete them. One of the areas that website based sales businesses need to specifically look at is the time it takes to take a customer order and convert it into the delivery process; i.e. make it ready for FED EX, UPS or US Mail pickup.

Every step a company can eliminate between the order process and the delivery is a huge time saver and that equates to labor cost savings, happier customers and higher profits. Many software companies that specialize in CRM put out rather lengthy reports and white papers that essentially prove this, still, it is important for all companies and industries to consider this, not only those companies that the trade journals or white papers discuss.

So, next time you wish to increase your profits through increasing your production goals, perhaps you might stop and consider the very basic elements of your business model and not merely the manufacturing process or material flows into the company. There is a whole lot more to increasing production and efficiency than manufacturing, so please consider this.

5 Tips For Growing Healthy Tomatoes

People often wonder what some of the best ways to grow tomatoes are. Sometimes we do the wrong thing without even realizing it. Here are some tips to help get your tomatoes looking and tasting their best.

Tip 1. Choosing your Tomatoes

It's a good idea to choose several types of tomato to grow. Also ensure that the types you choose are suited to where you want to grow them. Seedlings are a good way for first timers to start out. When deciding how many plants to get, note the number of people your growing them for. Give each person two plants as a general rule.

Tip 2. Feeding

Feeding your tomatoes is important. Being careful not to over feed them is also important. Tomatoes require a balanced fertilizer that has fairly equal parts of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. Too much nitrogen, for example, will give more energy to the leaves rather than the fruit. It's best to look for a fertilizer that is designed for tomatoes. Of course, there is no substitute for a shovelful of compost put around the plant every other week or so.

Tip 3. Watering

Watering is essential for a reason you may not realize. Calcium! All plants require calcium and the only real place your tomatoes are able to get it is from water. If water becomes limited, the plants may develop blossom-end rot or a brown, dry, leathery spot found on the bottom of the fruit. The only way to resolve this is to apply a little calcium carbonate prior to planting and to keep the plant well watered. Use mulch as well to help with moisture conservation.

Tip 4. Foliage

You may think that removing foliage from around the fruit of your tomato plants is a good idea to allow more sunlight on the fruit. This is not necessary. Pruning the plant before there is any fruit is fine, but do not remove foliage from a mature plant. Doing so can lead to the fruit developing sun-scald.

Tip 5. Refrigeration

DO NOT put tomatoes in the refrigerator! A balance of sugars, acids and other flavour inducing compounds will be destroyed in temperatures below 55 Fahrenheit. The best thing to do is to leave the tomatoes at room temperature. keep them away from sunlight, and if you also want them to ripen more quickly, put them in a brown paper bag.

These are just a few tips to help you 'get growing' with your tomatoes. For more information and great advice, download our 'How to Grow Tomatoes' eBook today.

Lawn Care Tips Article

1. When mowing, the key to success is little and often - 'little' in this case meaning not too closely. Light cutting encourages the grass to produce extra shoots, and stunts weeds and coarse grasses. Most lawnmowers offer the facility of raising or lowering the height of cut. Mower blades need to be set at different levels according to the weather and amount of growth.

2. To produce the sought-after striped effect, you simply cut the grass in parallel lines, mowing alternate lines in opposite directions. Each time you mow, remember to work at right angles to the direction of the previous cut; north-south one week; east-west the next.

3. Before you start cutting, make sure that the grass is as dry as possible and free from surface litter. Lightly brush off dew or rain, wormcasts and dead leaves. When cutting the grass, you should always push the mower forwards steadily. Do not pull the machine to and fro and try not to lean heavily on the handle.

4. Clippings are best collected and removed - unless you mow very frequently. Allowing them to lie on the surface of the grass encourages worms and diseases and you'll probably find clippings all over your carpets too.

5. As a general rule, in Summer you should cut the grass at least once a week, preferably twice if you can manage it. Do not mow too closely or the colour and texture of the grass will deteriorate.
During droughts and in the Spring and Autumn months, mowing once a week is sufficient.

6. Apart from mowing, your lawn will require feeding, weeding and occasionally watering to maintain healthy growth. To produce a flourishing lawn you need soil which has the right balance of plant foods like nitrogen, potash, phosphorous and lime. Buy an inexpensive soil testing kit if you want to know the exact composition of the soil and which nutrients (if any) are lacking.

7. The average lawn will benefit from an annual Spring application of fully balanced fertiliser. Fertilisers not only encourage the grass to grow faster but also more densely. As a result, weeds and moss are crowded out and the lawn retains its good, even green colour. Apply fertiliser when the grass leaves are dry and the soil is moist for the best results. Water the lawn if no rain falls within 48 hours.

8. For small lawns, weeding by hand is the most effective means of tackling the special rosette or matt kind of lawn weeds, or you can 'spot' treat individual weeds with a recommended weed killer. For a larger lawn, use a 'broad spectrum' type of weed killer which will destroy a wide range of weeds. You could also use a combined weedkiller/fertiliser mixture.

9. We usually receive sufficient rainfall in this country to maintain a green healthy lawn. If the weather is particularly dry and the grass begins to lose its bright green appearance, occasional watering is beneficial. A good soaking once a week is what you should aim for. Dampening the surface causes more harm than good - the earth should be soaked to a depth of at least 4 inches. A revolving sprinkler gives the best coverage.

Setting Up Your First Fish Tank

I still remember every minute of the day I got my first fish tank. Of course, I said I wanted to start small, so I got my 10 gallon tank with 3 small Goldfish...six months later, I had a 75 gallon tank with 9 Goldfish. So, if you don't want to repeat the whole process very soon, I would recommend getting the largest tank that you can accommodate. It's actually easier to clean a bigger tank than a smaller one. Small tanks and bowls require a lot more maintenance, believe it or not. You can find more information about all that throughout the site. For now, let's hope that this guideline can help you set up your fish tank. Like I said, you can start with a 10, 20, 30 gallon tank or bigger, made of glass or acrylic. Glass is traditional, but the advantages of an acrylic tank are many. It's a lot lighter, seamless, and the clarity is unbeatable. Just remember to buy cleaning tools for acrylic and not glass.

Get an under gravel filter, UGF, a plastic cover with a fluorescent light, one pound-per-gallon of aquarium gravel or sand, an air pump and a heater. If you have some extra change, get a power head instead of an air pump and replace the hanging heater with a submergible model.

You can buy a complete setup without ornaments for a low price, and this is a great beginning. You also need a stand that can hold the tank. Remember it'll be very heavy once you add the water. Start out with plastic plants, and plastic or resin, maybe wood, stone or ceramic decorations. Be careful, not every rock or toy is good for your tank. Some have toxins that can kill your fish. Remember, a larger tank is easier to maintain than a small one and it can hold many more fish, which will lead to a more pleasant experience of fish keeping.

Once you have the equipment, the rest is easy. Choose a stable place to set the tank in your home.

Once it's filled you won't be able to move it without emptying it first and you don't want to do that, and try no to put it under the direct sunlight of a window or a very hot area, since heat makes algae grow faster, which means, cleaning will be harder.

There are more complicated and expensive ways to filter the gravel, but I recommend using under gravel filters (UGF). These sit on top of the glass in the bottom of the aquarium. Lift tubes are inserted into the risers at the rear of the filter, and then the under gravel filter is covered with gravel.

Rinse the gravel well and spread it so you get an even layer. You always have to rinse everything very well before putting it in the tank.

Now add the heater and the water pumps if necessary. If you have a hanging heater, hang it off the back, where you can still see it and tell if it's on. A submersible heater should go near the bottom of the tank because the heat rises. Find a location for your air pump and put your air line and air stones in. You will also need a gang valve for the air line, which will let you run two lift tubes off of a single outlet air pump. Run a piece of air line from the air pump to the gang valve. Run another air line from the gang valve to each of your lift tubes. Read the instructions for your filter to see exactly how to attach the air line to your particular air stones.

Power heads are great for aquariums. They draw water from under the UGF and pump it out of the power head, creating water movement as well as delivering oxygen to the fish and the beneficial bacteria that live in the gravel (substrate).

There are also mechanical filters on the market. I prefer the ones with a Bio Wheel. The Bio Wheel is a paper like cylinder that rotates as the water is returned to the tank. Beneficial bacteria live on the wheel and helps increase the biological cycle.

Now place your ornaments in the tank and see where you want them before you get your hands wet. Expect some ceramic or plastic decorations to float or tip over as you put water in the tank.

Once your decorations are in place, you are ready to add water. You can just pour tap water into the tank and since you have no fish, plants, or a biological filter to worry about, add the treatment after the tank is full. Be careful that the water doesn't dig a hole in the gravel as you pour it in.

It's good to wait a couple of days before adding fish. Remember that patience is important to have long living, happy fish.

Then you'll be ready to start the biological cycling process.

Who is the Dark Angel?

Sometimes in metaphysics you will come across the phrase "dark angel." There are many interpretations of what the dark angel means when it comes to the psychic arts. Some of them are more psychological and other is more cultural.

The most common interpretation of the dark angel is Lucifer. Lucifer is one of the original favorites of the Archangels in heaven and he fell from grace. In essence, he was kicked out of heaven for misbehavior, but got to keep his angel wings. You often see depictions of Lucifer in angel art. He is one of the foremost players when it comes to the religious angels mentioned in the bible. Of course, if you are a practicing Satanist, you will never be asking your self if Lucifer is "angels or devil." The angel falls from heaven myth is absolutely crucial when it comes to studying the pantheons of angels and also drawings of angels. Lucifer is also one of the original natural angels, which is why he so often appears in angel art.

The feminine version of the dark angel of love is Lilith. Lilith is often described a first wife of Adam that is not mentioned in the Bible. As she was not made from man's rib, she became corrupted and was thrown out of the Garden of Eden. She is not mentioned in the Bible, but she is honored among some sects and even feminist sects that see her as the original earth mother. She is one of the amour angels in the sense that she symbolizes seduction.

Yet another interpretation of the dark angel is as a description of a lover. This could be a karmic relationship that is somehow troublesome or bad for you. The dark angel of love is someone in your life who you cannot stop thinking about or becoming obsessed about. It is the relationship that you are unable to handle or that causes you great grief. If you are a man, this dark angel is no doubt the "Lilith" in your life.

However, in contemporary times, most of us know the Dark Angel as a television series directed by James Cameron that ran from 2000 to 2002 on Fox television. The Dark Angel character was a genetically enhanced super soldier played by the actress Jessica Alba. She escapes from an oppressive government institution and trains to be an assassin with eleven other genetically enhanced human beings. Originally, this dark angel was supposed to be a film, but James Cameron could not get a film deal to support it. It is important culturally as the character paved the way for several more superwoman type characters.

Yet another common meaning of dark angel is the concept that it simply describes the dark side of you that succumbs to temptation. It is your shadow side that insists on not being connected to the light.

When the Gringo Came

To its pioneer days much of San Francisco's Bohemian spirit is due. When the cry of "Gold" rang around the world adventurous wanderers of all lands answered the call, and during the year following Marshall's discovery two thousand ships sailed into San Francisco Bay, many to be abandoned on the beach by the gold-mad throng, and it was in some of these deserted sailing vessels that San Francisco's restaurant life had its inception. With the immediately succeeding years the horde of gold hunters was augmented by those who brought necessities and luxuries to exchange for the yellow metal given up by the streams flowing from the Mother Lode. With them also came cooks to prepare delectable dishes for those who had passed the flap-jack stage, and desired the good things of life to repay them for the hardships, privations and dearth of woman's companionship. As the male human was largely dominant in numbers it was but natural that they should gather together for companionship, and here began the Bohemian spirit that has marked the city for its own to the present day.

These men were all individualists, and their individualism has been transmitted to their offspring together with independence of action. Hence comes the Bohemianism born of individuality and independence.

It was only natural that the early San Franciscans should foregather where good cheer was to be found, and the old El Dorado House, at Portsmouth Square, was really what may be called the first Bohemian restaurant of the city. So well was this place patronized and so exorbitant the prices charged that twenty-five thousand dollars a month was not considered an impossible rental.

Next in importance was the most fashionable restaurant of early days, the Iron House. It was built of heavy sheet iron that had been brought around the Horn in a sailing vessel, and catered well, becoming for several years the most famed restaurant of the city. Here, in Montgomery street, between Jackson and Pacific, was the rendezvous of pioneers, and here the Society of California Pioneers had its inception, receiving impressions felt to the present day in San Francisco and California history. Here, also, was first served Chicken in the Shell, the dish from which so many later restaurants gained fame. The recipe for this as prepared by the Iron House is still extant, and we are indebted to a lady, who was a little girl when that restaurant was waning, whose mother secured the recipe. It was prepared as follows:

Chicken in a Shell

Into a kettle containing a quart of water put a young chicken, one sliced onion, a bay leaf, two cloves, a blade of mace and six pepper-corns. Simmer in the covered kettle for one hour and set aside to cool. When cool remove the meat from the bones, rejecting the skin. Cut the meat into small dice. Mix in a saucepan, over a fire without browning, a tablespoonful of butter, a tablespoonful of flour, then add half a pint of cream. Stir this constantly until it boils, then add a truffle, two dozen mushrooms chopped fine, a dash of white pepper and then the dice of chicken. Let the whole stand in a bain marie, or chafing dish, until quite hot. Add the yolks of two eggs and let cook two minutes. Stir in half a glass of sherry and serve in cockle shells.

Cheers,

Structuring Your Time During the Day

We only have 24 hours in each day, if we're working 12 hours each day, six days a week, planning the time required to create a habit will be a little more difficult, than someone who works four hours a day three days each week.

If you're one of those overachievers and can't seem to rest or sit down for even five minutes a day. This tells me, we need to change this habit first. Most people that tell you, they just don't have any time during the day, for anything. These people usually have a lot more time than others.

Their time is normally unstructured and they often find themselves running around like a chicken with its head cut off. They are not organized or very efficient at most things that they do. Keep in mind that there are some extremely successful people that only work four hours each day and some of these people take vacations every other month.

Structuring your time will allow you the extra time you need during the day.

If you have a daytime organizer, use this to figure out, if there is any wasted time during the day. Pay strict attention to any wasted time and make a list you can evaluate at the end of the day. Do this for one week and at the end of the week evaluate your weekly activities.

If you don't have a daytime organizer, carrying around a scrap piece of paper to keep track of your daily activities. If you don't have a daytime organizer or if this is too much work for you, simply pay attention to any time you might feel, has been wasted during the day.

If we can create better time management habits, it won't be long before we have more time than we ever imagined.

Have you ever thought about Getting up Earlier.

Saying You're Sorry Without Action - Time Wasting Self-Improvement

How many times a day do you hear the words I'm sorry? I use the words whenever I feel like I have done something harmful to another person.

I know people that would never even think of apologizing to someone, because it shows a sign of weakness. I don't believe in this, but at the same time, I often tire from listening to the same person saying that they are sorry 30 times a day.

It's these people I'm talking about when I mention, "Saying You're Sorry without Action". I can think of a couple of people in my life that use the word sorry as a poor excuse for their daily activities that seemed to create a repetitive lifestyle of problems.

To me the word sorry becomes meaningless, it used too much by the same person. When this becomes a problem with me, I often make a suggestion to the other person, to quit using the word sorry and start showing me some effort, by changing their life. Changing the way they do things would eliminate the need to say you're sorry, constantly.

If somebody was sincerely sorry, would it continue to happen two, three or four times in the same day. Does this become a habit that they can't seem to break? Do they do it for attention? Is this something that people do for sympathy? I can't really figure it out. Are you lacking the motivation to start solving your own problems or do you need a little help from someone.

Think about it, the next time you say you're sorry to someone. Are you sincerely sorry or is it like flushing the toilet, something you do as a response to something that has came out a you. Be a little more careful with what words you use on a daily basis.

Ways to Stop Losing Your Car Keys

You obviously don't need to read this article if you rarely lose your car keys. However if you misplace your car keys often and have a pretty good relationship with your locksmith, it's time to change these bad habits into good ones.

One of my friends, recently lost their car keys. I would like you to listen to what I'm about to say and see if it makes sense to you. Most people get two keys when they buy a car. This means, if they lose one key, they now have a spare key. When they lose their first key, this should give them a pretty good clue that the second key is now the only key, if they wish to drive their car.

Does that make sense? If you lose your first key, you don't have a second or spare key anymore. Now is a good time to purchase a spare key or have one made. Don't wait until you lose the second one, unless you are planning to change your bad habit into a good one.

Now let me get back to my friends who recently lost their car's key. The car they were driving was a new Honda and you can't go to the locksmith to get another key made. You have to order one from the Honda dealer and this key cost them over $200. That's a lot of money for one key.

Now my friends lost both of their original keys and now have one key to operate the vehicle and this key cost them over $200. Now if I had to pay this amount of money, I would make sure that I never lost this key ever again. I would do whatever it to to change my old habits and create some new ones.

How hard is it to get in the habit of placing your keys inside of your purse. Placing your keys in your pockets and then only removing them when you are going to place them inside of a drawer, container, cup, bowl or on a shelf in your bedroom. If you place your keys in a drawer, this will keep them out of other people's temptation.

If you choose to lay your keys in a bowl, in the kitchen, there's a good chance someone will take them or another member of your family could lose them. Place your keys in a protected area, do not leave them out in the open ever.

If you want some tips to prevent you from losing your keys, simply talk to someone who rarely if ever loses their keys. Most of these people have simple and easy to follow tips. You can consciously create a habit that can save you money and frustration in the future.

Are You Mentally Constipated? Economic Stress Relief

This article was originally released in March of 2009. We seem to be at the end of a 20 month recession and most people are completely frazzled and seem to be at their wits end. It seems like everyone I talked to, whether it's at a restaurant, grocery store, gas station or work, are upset with the current economic conditions. When is it going to end?

So I'm asking you, quite frankly, are you one of the mentally constipated people? Is your mind so tired of being behind on your bills, worrying about your job and whether or not you're going to have it next week, are you one of those people who was about to retire until the stock market dropped and now you need to work a few more years.

When are things going to become better and how did they even get to this in the first place? Most of the average educated people with a pretty good heads on her shoulders can't answer this question. They have no idea why the economy does great some years and horrible during others.

I often wonder why economics isn't taught in school, something basic. I think it's because, the people who are in charge really don't want us to know what's going on and even though some of the extremely wealthy people have lost some of their money, they will probably make even more once this rebounds.

It's the people like me that I'm worried about, the average person, the person with the mortgage, car payment and utility bills that I'm talking about. These are the people that seem to be mentally constipated and tired of what's going on. These economic cycles seem to take their toll on us.

It said that God only hands out what he thinks you can handle. If this is true, I can't handle any more and I hope that he knows it. While we're waiting for things to get better, keep this in mind, this is the third major recession that I have been through in my lifetime and have survived through them, only by eating away at my life savings. Right as soon as I seem to be sitting pretty good and my bank accounts look nice, something like this comes along and like a giant vacuum starts sucking and cleaning out what I have worked so hard to save.

I, like most of us are tired and worn down, but not worn out. The stock market is starting to come back up and it looks like there's light at the end of the road. Hang in there and if you need to empty your mind and end the mental constipation, start reading a good motivational story. Something happy and positive. This could empty the reservoirs of your mental bowels and provide some relief during these tough economic times.

Another way to exercise the mental garbage is by journaling. Start writing and don't stop until it's out.
